    well where do i start
    :biggrin_2555:orientation takes 1 hour but it took 3 days the lady called in sick
    no motel offered

    they tell you they have a feul cap they dont have one

    they tell you they top load you in canada for a drop in canada before going into usa never happened

    cheap stickys to hold wire from chaffing sleeper its loose and chaffing
    oh they charge $65.00 a hour if you need work done
    baxter told me they would repair the hole in floor of my 379 but havent seen it yet

    update
    no signed contract got two paid statements 16/31 of june
    quit on july 2/10 payday on 15/30
    and there holding for 90 days
    they put on a qualcomm and want the braket back after ther drilled holes on sleeper hack job
    statments follow 24/9 days later

    got a call on fri 07/16/10 baxter wants to fix cab but no down time, paint, they what the qualcomm mount and what me to plug the sleeper holes they will pay for plugs, like b.baxter has never lied to me. no mention of fixing ecm harness

    when you say mount, is that the bracket that holds the dome? if it is they are about $ 20.00 from what i was told. keep it and pay the idiot. just my 2 cents.

    my cousins husband runs picker truck for them around southern sask out of estevan office. He works 16 hour days more often than not and is never out of work. Seems theyre good in that part of the business, don't see them too often down south. He drives their truck and makes 6 figures.

    well i got a hold OOIDA and they sent me some documents
    49 CFR 376.12 and holy....... baxters broke all the contract rules even though I never got one but there suppose to settle up in 45 days and the freight rate is suppose to be on the bill of lading if your working on percentage, running the usa, they signed a usa motor carrier doc back in the day that they were to abid buy usa rules, and they owe interest also
    so in small claims I'm looking good

    well they had to sign a federal usa agreement to follow there rules also thats a given heck if they can come up into canada clear a office for a full blown audit like H.O.T transport in the day
    any ways up date with bert baxter i returned the qualcomm bracket or they said they would charge back $271.00 off my settlement
    i called them on the 92nd day for my settlement and was told they where going to hold it for 105 days or indefinatly and told me to quit harrassing them
    i strongly recomend dont work for bert baxter transport as a lease operater
