Well ya know I started when we had about 265 drivers and there was quite a waiting list to get hired on. Those days are long gone and I am afraid we have grown way to fast. And things like I'm reading here happen. Sometimes the tail is wagging the dog.
It is a good company......there are things that need improvement like everywhere. If your a company driver you can make good money be home on a regular bases and I guess that works for a lot of people. Thats about all I know.(I'm an O/O) good luck to all of you.
