    Hey guys I just got done in richfield, waiting to go out with my trainer, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the online activation code consists of for my comdata card? I thought harold said it was the first four letters of our last name and the first four of the first name but that doesnt seem to be working, does anyone remember what it is supposed to be?

    Ok its supposed to be employee # can anyone tell me what the info needed for fueling is, i beleive thats the employee number, is it just part of the social or part of the name or part of the DL #?

    When I have done the refueling it will either ask for dl number or the last six digits of the social. The other employee code would be the first 4 letters of your last name and the first letter of your first name but that is supposedly just for payroll. it could be that Millis did not activate the card yet. Mine wasnt activated until I hooked up with my trainer.

    When you get fuel - you'll need 1. Truck #, Mileage, DL # and DL State. You'll use your Millis ID for fuel at a terminal.

    Your Millis ID is the last 6 of your SSN.
