Scenario #1. Truck driver needs to turn around on a narrow street with a "Weight Restriction 500' Ahead" sign.......(Driver was given wrong direction to gain access to work site in case you are wondering)...
Driver lines (With 4-ways flashing) up diagonal to a side street to "blind-side" back.....

What do you do as a responsible 4-wheeler:

    1. Honk your horn and then pull behind his trailer?
Scenario #2. Truck driver needs to make a wide right turn into a narrow driveway from the left lane with the right turn signal flashing...

What do you do as a responsible 4-wheeler:

    1. Run by him as fast as you can?

Scenario #3. A driver is making a left turn from the outside left turn into a narrow turn area with cones and a concrete center divider....

What do you do as a responsible 4-wheeler:

    1. Get in between the trailer and the center divider and almost get pinned between the rear trailer tires and the concrete divider?
    Finally...

You see a driver making a left turn....two 4-wheelers made a left from the left travel lane while the driver was attempting to go through the intersection.....Now the driver is stuck in the intersection and cannot move until the 4-Wheelers who just cut him off pull through the next intersection.....You get the "green"...

What do you do as a responsible 4-wheeler:

    1. Look at the driver and shake your head?

Did i pass did I pass:biggrin_25522::biggrin_25525:; oh, try it with an over-size load

    Ok......Let's see what adventures today.....

Well on the 470 W/O Denver 4-wheelers got pizzed at me because I had the foresight to see beyond my hood and move to the hammer lane while they, the "Smarter ones" if you will.....Got all clumped up with merging traffic....

I signaled to get back over...but none of them would have it......Horn honking and the "salutes" followed.....

Now Denver drivers don't hold the monopoly on stupid.....Just about everywhere has moronic 4-Wheelers....Impatient and selfish.....

What they don't get is....we truck drivers just want to get back over and out of their way....

    Next.......

    Down the 25 S/O Fountain......

"Hyper-miler" in an Outback.....Must be the "green car" of choice with the Hyper-milers......But I digress....
The Hyper-Miler was running about 40 MPH when everyone else was doing 65+....

I pulled into the hammer lane and started to pass the snail....Then he got pizzed....and hammer downed on me.....WTF?????

20 effingham 4-wheelers pass this dufus up....and he gets pizzed at me for trying to adhere to a schedule?

    Again...

Selfish 4-wheelers thinking they own the road.......

I don't know about where you live, but around here, if you see an Outback, it either has a liberal lesbian with a big dog in it, or a democrat man with Obama, or the lib of the month sticker on it. This observation has proven correct about 99% of the time for quite a few years now. When I first told my wife this, she didn't believe me, until she started looking for herself.

I sold an Outback on my lot a couple of years ago. Yep, you guessed it. A long haired hippy liberal that was on his way to college bought it.

How about riding along side us in the wind 72 feet of sail , squish car not a wind break not even safe please dont ! Next pull in front slam on brakes 80,000 lbs of vehicle will not stop on dime not matter what ....value your life and the sanity of us drivers and please pull in behind not in front and dont stop all of a sudden if you do , because we'll do our darndest to not hurt you 4 wheelers even take our trucks off the road to protect you, but reality is this the truck will run right over the top of your 4 wheeler worse case scenario, it takes us fully loaded over 300 ft to stop on dry pavement at 55mph so if you remember anything please remember this we dont try and hurt other drivers in fact we'll save and assist ....none of us want to have to live the mental anguish of hurting or killing someone in a car or whatever u drive . Whenever you can pick up information on how we operate and the vehicles operate knowledge obtained will not be wasted and could save you and me from being hurt or killed.

Might I suggest for those 4-wheelers who care....
Listen to Road Dog Radio on Sirius or XM.....
Listen the Lockridge Report..especially on "Safety Valve Fridays".....

Listen to Dale "Trucking Bozo" Sommers after Lockridge....

Drivers call in with complaints, observations and suggestions frequently...

Y'all might learn something if not respect for those of us who risk our lives everyday on the ribbon to bring you your food, clothing, and "toys"....

    Thank you......
