LOL a doctor compared to a truck driver

A truck driver goes threw 6 weeks of training (really only 2 weeks)
A doctor goes 6 years of training (and not to mention residency)
A lawyer goes to school typically 4-5-6 years.

There is really no comparison in training between the above.

Again original poster Congratulations on the CDL

Okay first do not think this is an argument but simply a conversation.

With the Above said, one could say that the words "professional truck driver" could refer to skills and knowledge gained over time, in order to make the right decisions.

Cause we all know everyday is a training day even if you have been out here 20+ years.

Taking all aspects of the definition into consideration would leave one to conclude only experience would define "professional", when referring to a truck driver. :smt045 :notworthy: :thumbleft:

this should probably be moved somewhere else as an overall discussion. It may seem like we are bashing him and that was by no means my intent. So I'm done posting here now. Forgive me for taking it off subject
