I just got it back running last sunday. I had to move the intake for the air compressor so it wasn't getting the water charge. It is stronger with the boost cooler flowing. I am able to use 6th on the big hill again instead of using 5th. with my fuel pressure at 100lbs I can easly climb in 6th but with only 75lbs of fuel pressure I have to use 5th. Until I get my fuel pressure back to 100lbs I can't really say much for MPG difference. I have mine set to come on at 30lbs of boost and full at 40lbs of turbo boost. my engine runs close to 65lbs of boost with the water injection. My engine never did run hig EGT it is about 750 without water and 650 with. I thought my guage was broken but Cat told me that the Acert don't make high EGTs. I run pur water but I am going to try a 50/50 mix just to see how it goes. I have a 65 gallon tank that was a take off kenworth fuel tank. I would think for running in the USA and pulling 80000lbs max a 40 gallon would be just fine as you can get water fairly easily at the Flying Js.
