Rolling into Marshfield in a couple of hours to give them a crack at fixing the a/c. Stuck here at the drop off place for 4 hours waiting to get unloaded and I was the first truck here although had to let one go in front of me, pretty slow but not much you can do from time to time just got to let slide off your back.
Should be starting Roehl in late February

Heading toward home. Picked up a load of paper in Wisconsin today and taking it to Charlotte, NC. Don't have enough hours to get it there tomorrow but should be able to deliver early Thursday and then roll home.
Took the truck to the Marshfield terminal to check on a/c. They replaced the compressor on it and seems to be working well now although the temp didn't really get too hot today. The folks there seem to be much better in the shop than at Gary or Ellenwood. They also replaced my shocks, air filter and all 8 drive tires as one had worn pretty bad and they didn't have a single replacement of the same type so they put on 8 new ones. All things considered the last 3.5 weeks has been very good in regard to miles. Hope the nice westerly runs continue on the next outing. -
Nothing like being told to turn LEFT at the first light when actually you should be turning RIGHT. Back to checking locations via google maps 100% of the time.

How do they treat u over there?Tell me about the truck's what kind do they run and do they have apu's or battery pack's?

So far so good dragon. I have averaged about 3000 mi/wk this last outing so not too shabby at all. They have mainly Internationals 9400i and Freightliners. My truck is an '05 International without an APU. Most of the "older" trucks like mine do not have APU's on them.

Thats what I'll be doing! Got a QC message with the address. They sent me the wrong address. Spelled the road wrong. Nothing like talking to the shipper and having them laugh at me when I ask how to get to Flacon (Falcon) road... lol

How do you upload a spreadsheet into this thing? I will post my first three month results if I can get some assistance.

Making the most out of a slow day today. Drove a couple of hours to Clarksville from my early morning drop at Dollar General DC in Scottsville, KY. Appt. isn't until 1200 tomorrow but sitting here at shipper tonight and hoping to get loaded early. Went over to WalMart and got me a couple of big ### sirloins to grill here tonight and got the crockpot boiling up some red potatoes. Got enough grub going if any other drivers show up but right now got it all to myself
Bringing the grill and the sunshower was definitely a good choice.

Sunshower?

A plastic bag with a hose that holds water that you can heat up in the sun to take a shower with. I rigged up a line and pulley off the back of my truck to hoist it up for a shower when necessary. Nice to have that option after a couple of days of hard running and nowhere to clean up.
