Thanks so much for this thread! i too graduated from SWTDT in phoenix on July 18th and i'm going with May. so this pertains to me all around, my buddy Jerry who graduated with me is going with May as well, he starts orientation Aug 16th, i saw someone else is starting at the same time, PRETTY COOL. again thanks for posting, enjoy life on the road, maybe i'll se you out there, and very cool you got to meet Trucker Steve, i'm hoping i get to meet up with him at somepoint too.

I spoke with May early in the decision to start driving. I live very close to the Wal Mart DC located in the same area where I am ... which is where the UFOs land often. There are May trucks all over this area.

I'm still in school. Going through Skyway Trucking School. It's a great school. Price is killer too. I nailed that 45 Alley Dock on the first try today. Our Instructors just have this stuff worked out.

Anyway, I like the bonus money thing in December that's really cool. If I sign with May I'll PM you first so you can get the Referral Bonus.

It was cool to meet ya as well brother trucker! Sounds like it went real well for you. I will be putting kermit in my next video coming out about May Trucking Orientation process. This sounds like a great deal for you! I'm sure it is a goal you will obtain as well. You seemed real level headed and intelligent not quick to overly emotional. We need more drivers like you in the industry. It will be tough at times that is no lie, but I'm sure you will do great!

 

Pensacola would be the terminal you work out of! We haul out of and into the south east all the time. Our main costumers are (Americold/Heniz, Armstrong, APL logisitics) in your area. Most of but not all of our runs would take you out of the southeast and up to the north west (long runs) with the occasional out of the southeast up to OH then to the west coast. I'm actually writing this post from the petro in ATLANTA GA. Best of luck to you trucker!
