How about wedging the thottle open then standing on the ruuning board going up a mountain cause you couldn't stand the heat in the cab? Those were the days!

I am kind of new to this board, and got to tell you, Real Truckers here. I see a lot of veteran truckers here. And your stories are OUTSTANDIING. Ive been driving 37 years, and just love the stories of a true truck driver. My dad was a truck driver, Uncle, truck driver, Brother truck driver, its in our blood. Thank You very Much guys.

I'm new. I have only driven an '08 ProStar and the '06 Century I'm assigned.
The Tractor ABS light stays on. The check engine light stays on. It rides like a buckboard and squeaks and rattles like a rattlesnake.
Right this minute the Flex pipe under my sleeper has broken.
But the AC works, it starts every time and gets the loads down the road.
