I too would be interested in Volunteer Express. Their website doesn't provide any pay & benefit info.

I have been there for a very short while. They do run mostly north east however they also occasionally have local or short haul jobs available. The trucks are decent and well kept and you do seem to get home on weekends. For the bad I have done way to much setting on docks that they will not pay for.20 to 25 hours a week. They pay zip code to zip code and there are a couple of shady characters in dispatch that will try an pressure you to run illegal. As for now I would not say ither way on them.Upper managment seems willing to want to fix these problems and create job that I am satisfied with.I will give it while longer and repost.

I left volunteer a few weeks ago and am having problems getting my last check. As for my weekly miles my last week that I recieved a check for was 2300 miles. This was leaving Monday Morning and returning Saturday afternoon on fourth of July weekend.I actually ran over 2900 and was was a half hour over the 70 hour rule however like I posted before they pay zip code to zip code at 30 cents a mile.
