Hello all been reading for a while. Drove for a moving company for a couple of years back 16 years ago. Since then Army. Under Grad degree, MBA and been a cush office job with office weenies since. I have missed the road and working hard each day for an honest wage. Back when I was driving HHG O/O's could make good money with the right business model and making wise choices.
Are there any HHG O/O on here? Is it so cut rate now one can not make a lving? What are some of the best carriers to work for now a days at least HHG wise? I worked for Allied and really enjoyed them. I was married at the time and wanted to stay closer to home and work normal hours was the main reason I got out.
My office is making me crazy, I am running out of sick leave from the #### walls closing in on me.
I am not afraid of hard work, sacrifice and living below my means.
Thank you all for any advice
