    Soy has been touted as being a healthy alternative to dairy - IT IS FAR FROM IT.

    Soy blocks absorption of essential minerals.
    Soy is not easy to digest.

    If you use soy products, please look into the effects this substance has on the human body, you will be surprised.

    Soy can be made into fuel, and I thing that is all it needs to be used for.

    Apparently, powdered milk is also very much not good for your body. Somehow drying out the milk makes it rancid and its bad for you.

    My Wife is seeing a nutritionist now and it is amazing what she comes home telling me.

    Diesel engines were originally designed to run on peanut oil... so what does that tell you?

    Some links to appropriately researched articles would be nice.

    My son and his wife are both Drs. They are really reasonable about most things and really are not health nuts at all. They however will not under any circumstances allow their baby daughter any soy products. The reason for this is that soy contains a chemical that mimics estrogen in the body and can cause all kinds of troubles for little girls. In countries where soy is a staple the girls mature much earlier because of this factor. It's not uncommon at all for them to have their period at age 8 or so. I researched this and it's a well known fact. The thing that I didn't see which I thought was wierd is, what is the effect of this female hormone on boys?

    Try here;

    http://editor.nourishedmagazine.com.au/articles/the-ploy-of-soy

    The author seems to be a lone dissenting voice although a quick Google finds many opposing viewpoints, the consensus seems to be at some point there might be some truth to her findings.

    Maybe not a neutral source ,....

    So who knows?

    its not that foods may contain it which isnt a big deal, its the food that are made FROM it that are the problem. instead of a cake with a little frosting you get a pan full of frosting with a thin layer of cake.
