    Well, we need to get together. I tried to send you a message, but it didn't go through. For anyone who wants to get in on a class action suit, email natebrokenrope@yahoo.com.

    AND ... if you have had this experience with another trucking company where you leased on to purchase a truck but got ripped off, please send us your story. Congress needs to protect us and enact some laws against these rip off artists.

    Koby does not need to wake up, he is fully aware of whats going on, he is one of the sons of the owner, and he knows nothing about trucking, which is why he will run the company into the ground and himself into FEDERAL PRISON, Hey Koby ever hear of sentancing guidelines, that means no probation ,you go to jail for 85% of your sentance, We are going to try like hell to make sure you go there as well, I told you I was coming buddy, its just a matter of time!!!!! Better START PRAYING TO YOUR GOD NOW!!!

    I'm trying to figure out why "uncommon belief" thinks he has a dog in this fight as he's 25 years old, apparently has no trucking experience or is it he's looking to "lease" a truck and is still trying to figure out if fleecing oops leasing a truck is the way to go into business? Anyway I have yet to see anything coherent in his posts Especially after this silly remark.

    Maybe time to lock this dead end down as Koby hasn't come back after jumping into a fight he wasn't prepared for either!

    Everyone who was ripped off by Skyview Farms / Trucking please contact me # mikesanto70@yahoo.com myself and other victims are getting the class action lawsuit together and want to make sure we do not leave anyone out, so send me an e-mail with your phone number and contact info. The Attorney's want as many people on board as he can get It's time to go get Koby and Allen!!!!! We're coming Koby, ready or not!!!!! :) Yeeeee Haaaaaa

    Also i have not been around trucking long but just a few weeks at this board and common sense taught me for no reason to lease period.
    At least not until i have been around a long time and do my homework.

    For all of you who have been ripped off by Skyview Farms or another LEASE TO OWN-Owner/Operator, we have a lawyer and a senator who are interested in filing a Class Action Suit. We have to stop these rip off carriers who hurt people that trust them and just want to make a living.

    PLEASE - post your short story and we will follow up with you. Lawsuits are coming for the rip off carriers. Maybe we can recoup some of our losses... At the very least -- maybe we can get laws in place to stop this practice.

    Start getting your information together and post it. If you know of someone who had a bad experience, or see someone at a trcuk stop who is complaining, let them know we are on TRUCKERS REPORT.com on Skyview Farms. Pass the word around.

    We have the truth on our side!

    No, I was just venting after reading the thread again, the funny part is he actually does read all of the post because he is subscribed to this thread and sees everytime someone posts as we all do. I just find it comical that he does not have the sack to defend himself and I enjoy reminding him of that fact. Total mama's boy :biggrin_2559:

    HMMMM I just got a call from sky view transportation for a company driver position. After reading this thread i don't
    think i'll get back with them.I thought pay was a little low anyway.They sound a lot like k&b.
