There is a calendar widget you can display as one of your home pages. It can be a full month, week or day.

I kinda thought there would be. But do you happen to know what it's called.

Simply searching for "calender widget" brings over a million useless hits, in a search.

It should already be in your phone. Do you have a Motorola or HTC phone? If you have an HTC it is the HTC calendar widget. Just click the plus on the screen you want to place the widget and select add widget. Find the calendar widget in the list and add it.

Yes yes yes....all well and good.

BUT that doesn't keep it as my main screen. I have to dig for the thing, or do a time and date box. I want to see the entire month, every time the backlight comes on, without digging through 3 or 4 screens.

    Outside of calendar widgets,..

How do you like the Android phone??

I have been thinking about getting one but I am not sure if I really need it, Or if I want to learn how to use one,....

So, remove all of the widgets and programs on your main screen and install it there.

Why don't you just make a jpeg of a calendar the appropriate size for your screen and set it as your desktop?

The S2 Calendar widget has an option for a 3 x 3 display.
