The only reason why Prime is at the bottom for me is because from what I've read it sounds like almost the first 4 to 6 months is spent with a trainer more less running teams and I want to be in my own truck and be solo as soon as possible. The only thing worse then being stuck in a truck with some you know and are friends with, is being stuck in a truck with someone you barely even know. A truck get small when your alone, even more smaller when your with someone, and EXTREMELY SMALL when your with someone you don't like. LOL

I started with USA Truck. They say that they will pay for your orientation and you will get $450.00 per week. Never seen anything near that amount. You will go through the whole orientation and will not know if you have a job. I had to leave for a family medical emergency and was told to call when I was ready to return to work, (witch was 3 days) so I can meet with my new trainer. Called and told them that I was good to go and ready to get back to work. They said that I did not have a job anymore. So I called my old trainer to see what had happened (I thought I was doing a good job, so the trainer told me). Long story short the trainer got mad because I had to leave and gave a bad report to the company. You can do what you want. I hope more people out there have had better luck with the company. I wish you luck in what ever company you go with!!!!
