how to find O/O hiring drivers

    I'm looking for either a small fleet to join or an O/O with a couple trucks. anybody know how to find these places? All you ever get on the internet are those mega carriers. I'm in Charlotte, nc. thanks

    Knock on doors...ask the local truck dealers who is hiring..they can get you in touch with their customers. Same goes for repair shops. Take a drive around the industrial/business areas around Charlotte and Fort Mill... ask drivers at the local t-stop.
