To be honest with you...I'm not down in the miami area...so I don't know the politics that govern that area...but where I'm at...way north of there...there's plenty of english speaking American natives in and out of the ports...White guys, black guys...and some Eastern European types....
Average, I suppose...the thing about container freight is that it's consistant...you really don't have time to take long 10 hour breaks as with over the road...with containers...it's about volume more so than rate...
