Companies Use Dac Report As Weapon !!

Unfortunately they can do whatever they want.

 

Just a FYI, but if there is something false on your DAC, you can challenge whatever it is. There is a procedure for doing so. If you follow through and post a rebuttle, then it is on the company that posted the charge to actually prove it. I believe they only have a certain amount of time to do so, and if they don't comply, you can have the charge removed and DAC will do so. I have a friend who did it, after he was charged with quitting while under a load. He had a copy of the BOL, with the consignee's delivery signature. The company never challenged his rebuttal.

By the way, the above procedure, which you can do yourself, is the same thing that some of the outfits that advertise about fixing your DAC, at a cost of a couple of hundred bucks, will do.

Could someone tell me my options, I was let go from a job in Dec 2008 and they put on my DAC about being discharged but no reason. I was told that it was for not doing enough miles, however they controlled my miles and I was never late on an appointment. Should I do a rebuttal and state that or what? Thanks for the help.
