I use a 150 ohm 1/2 watt in my two wire set up Works great.

I'm thinking about getting some resitors for my t 800 withthe mbn its a 2 wire sensor should I buy the 100 1/2 watt or the 150 1/2 watt thanks for your help
-
The 150 will work just fine. Fold the wire over on each end of the resistor to make it fatter then plug it into the harness and tape it up to protect it from the direct elements. Make sure you pull it off if you go into cat for service as many cat dealers will pull it anyway and throw it away and not tell you about it.

I would like to keep this thread going, there are a lot of people on here tonight, can anyone point us to the directions for making a 3 wire fuel temp wire?? I also thought I saw the directions a while ago, but I'll be ###### if I can find them now that I've got time to do it. Any help greatly appreciated.

i put the 150 1/2 watt on my mbn and wasnt too happy with results the truck runs rough and turbo takes long to boost when i step on itand stops at 25 lbs the truck doesnt make the high pitch whistle it always did , i removed the resistor and truck runs like it did 33 lbs when i step on it and high pich whistle is back does anyone know what might be wrong maybe i should use different resistor? i tried 100 1/2 watt and 150 1/2 watt
