Isn't that where truck recruiters come from? Who better to teach someone to "over exaggerate" the selling product...but government experience!:biggrin_25525:

this thread is just cracking me up you guys are so funny.we all know that is a recruiters job is to say whatever he can and needs to say to fill a seat.you know.....if you think about it, this is where the problem begins with having these new breed steering wheel holders we have out here now days if a recruiter would take the time to really look for a experienced driver with some true profesionalisim instead of just filling a seat with anyone who fits there bottom feeder standards then the image of our industry would improve.just my opinion take it for what it's worth

I get a kick out of the sign on the back of England's trailers...
    Lease
    Train
    Drive

What part of that is bass ackwards???? If you need to train to drive, you surely have no business leasing a truck.

I think many are starting to see that going to a CDL school doesn't pay that well and soon there will be a shortage of new drivers for these recruiters to find. In the end there really will be a shortage of drivers to fill seats and these company's will have to start treating drivers much better. (at least I hope)
