    Hello.

Prime is doing a background check which is OK except I was arrested over 3 years ago for a domestic dispute. I did a year probation with no problem and I have never been in jail or anything. I just wanted to know if this will hurt my chances. Thanks for any replies.

Welcome to the forum Iron Maiden ( up the irons mate)!!! \oo/ Background checks are hard to decide if they hurt or not. Domestic dispute is also alot of grey area. Each company has a different criteria for hireing. As long as all time is served yada yada it probably wont hurt that much. And as long as you told them on your ap about it you should be ok. I'm not saying you will, because A. I dont work for Prime, B. I dont know what their criteria is

Good luck to ya and be safe

    Hi there!

Well, the app asked something about if I was convicted of a felony and I said no. The way I remember it, my probation officer told me that if I get through the probation period with no problem, I wouldn't have a record.

I'm stoked about this. My trainer for the 4-6 weeks or whatever happens to be my best friend who I have known for over 30 years!

There will be ups and downs considering I have a wife and two kids but I'm in a hole, man. I'm tired of $7.00 jobs and college didn't work out so I hope this works for me. Plus, I love to drive.

Normally if you are charged with a crime and the judge gives you an (SIS) suspended imposition of sentence, meaning puts you on probation and if you do the probation successfully the charge is wiped off your record. At least that is the way it is in MO. That information is not to be released to employers at all from the courts.

Yeah, that's exactly what happened. I'm not a criminal or anything. I made a mistake in life and that's it.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I appreciate it.
