Each company has their own cards and own programs. These are designed to attract you to fuel at their location as opposed to a competitor's.
I suspect the most significant value to most OTR drivers is the shower credits. Each time you fuel with most of these cards, and purchase a minimum amount of fuel (usually 50 gallons), you recieve a shower credit to your account.
You may then use this for a 'free' shower at any location of this company, not just the one you purchased fuel. Depending on the card, these credits will drop off after so many days if not used.
Some programs will give you additional benefits such as free coffee or unlimited showers for a month following your having purchased 1,000 gallons of fuel or more. Some will allow you to use the points on the card just like cash for products in the store (other than fuel), including food.
Each company has it's own program.
My suggestion to you is to apply to every company for a card. They are all free. You will then find out which one you like best and try and patronize that brand. If you are a company driver, be aware that many companies require you to fuel at certain locations, so you may be limited. But be sure and apply for each card.

    tut Thanks this.

T/A you have to apply for also the J card. Pilot, petro and loves you just get one at the front desks. They will save you a decent amount of money when you use the points for food and stuff.

I save my points up. I pay for my Sirius radio subscription, buy my large print lamented map book, and buy other electronic items i want for my truck. Watch for double points time, thats when you can really rack up the points.
