How can the ACLU call anything unconstitutional when these people aren't even suppose to be here? If they ( ACLU) are so concerned why don't each of there members let them move in with them?

I sincerely hope the "city" wins, it shouldnt even be a matter for the courts to hear, illegal is illegal....DUH.

I hope more towns and citys across America follow in Hazleton's footsteps. Time to take matters into their own hands. If a town like Hazleton PA., which is thousands of miles from the border, is having such a big problem with illegals, it has to be worst in towns that are closer. If you're here illegally, you shouldn't have any rights at all.
