    r.p. is located in jacksonville florida. He made me haul a illegal load and never paid me the 2,400 to me.Left me stranded no fuel with DOT ticket (no permits) And almost froze to death in my truck.Im owner op. And no fuel no way to run my truck at night ticketed by dot lied to and ripped off.Not only that I had no way in hell to get back to my family 1500 miles back home.I want to warn all truckers about a and r exspress I believes the name but if you remember r.p. with a smooth talk and useing God on his message machiene you should be very leary of this crook.I believe he should be thrown to join the talaban so our american troops can protect us from preditors like him.Please spread the news and help the american trucker keep our country strong!! thanks I hope I just saved someone alot of grief

    You claim to be an O/O, if this is true then your responsible for the permits. You must be a piss poor business man, and normally it is ones own greed that gets them caught thinking they will get rich quick and get away with it.

    You say you are an O/O. Well then what just happened to you is entirely your fault. If and when I become an O/O, I will always have enough money in the bank to handle breakdowns and buying enough fuel to get home from anyplace in the country. I won't be running illegal and I would research any company that I pull for, AHEAD of time.

    So....You claim to be an O/O but you say that you couldn't run YOUR truck to stay warm...Why?

    You also claim that he MADE YOU take the load? HOW did he do that?

    Did he put a gun to your head?

    If it's really YOUR truck then the responsibility falls on YOU to make sure that YOU operate it within the law rergardless of the customers demands or the dispatchers threats!

    I do it all the time...Once the freight is on the truck, It's out of their hands and YOU are the boss!

    If it's YOUR truck then YOU are the one that make these decisions....Right?

    YOU agreed to take the load and it's YOUR problem if it doesn't pay enough.

    No permit?

    YOUR truck...YOUR responsibility!


    OF COURSE NONE OF THESE THINGS APPLY IF YOU ARE A FAKE O/O (ALSO KNOWN AS A LEASE OPERATOR) BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW...WHEN YOU ARE A L/O YOU ARE JUST A COMPANY DRIVER THAT'S DUMB ENOUGH TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS AND PAY THE BILLS ON A TRUCK THAT YOU'LL NEVER OWN!
