Did they mention anything to you about mandatory team driving after training?

 

yep i'm about 2 hours from fort wayne i think be good experience

 

how long is the wait right after school? also will they do pay advances during training?

I've had two students required to do 6 months teams. You don't know what you're talking about. It may not be required for everyone, but it is required for some. Both of my required team drivers have been from Texas, so it may only apply to students from there. I'll admit, I'm not 100% sure on the details of who is and isn't required to do teams, but to say it's "not mandatory" is just a flat out lie.

 

Current wait is 1-2 weeks right now. It was at one point about 4 weeks, but since more trainers have been added, the wait time has been cut down.

No pay advances during training. You only get a $50 sign on bonus when you get on the trainer's truck.

 

As far as teaming with PAM its with in a 50 mile radious and then you to have to be comfortable driving togethier they just dont stick you in a truck togethier.

 

Is anyone going to be starting training in Little Rock on sept 6th?
