I used to drive for Schneider and then I quit without giving notice. Yeah I was dumb and should of left a different way, but I thought the reason why I did it would turn out better. Well it has not turned out better.

What do you think the chances are of going back to Schneider? I left them on August 12, 2010.

I have not tried contacting my old DBL yet, wanted to get some opinions first. LOL

    Thanks

Ya, call them! But if you were under a load, well, good luck. The best you might do then is find someone that doesn't subscribe to HireRight. We all screw up, but if the situation is what I described, it'll be looked at very dimly by anyone.

I don't know who your DBL was, or what OC you were out of, but SNI just may listen to you. Good luck to ya.:biggrin_25525:

I worked for May just before going to Schneider, have been with Schneider 2 years.

Treated well, Idle not a problem, started driving when I was 64 so I guess you could say I have been around the block a couple times, Schneider is a good Co.

One of the guys I went through Orentation with at May is also at Schneider now, says something.

    Good Luck

I was not under a load. I was on a 4 day break after being out for a month. I just did not go back when my TAH was over.
I was out of the Green Bay OC, but always parked at the Sturtevant yard.

I'm glad I was wrong, must have just been the way I read it. Have you called them yet? They may have not even done the paperwork yet.:biggrin_25525:

I sent a email to my DBL and to the recruiter I had in the beginning. No word from my DBL, my recruiter told me she would follow up with operations and let me know. They are the ones who make the decision on if a person can be rehired or not. So hopefully I will hear something early next week.
