Could you be a liberal?
When you can't hold your own in an argument run away and hide. We see it all the time.

On this, I am not a mod, nor are my comments in any way endorsed by the site. I am a member offering a post in regard to a company, and he finds what I have offered as something that he wants to address, and he's gonna get to do it. Rebuttals are most welcome here, as long as he follows the rules.
He's issued no threats that I can see, other than he thinks he will cyberkick me in the groin, I suppose. That's not going to be a problem. I'm prepared for any kick that will be coming my way. -
Hardly. I just have no time for one sided discussions. If you gentlemen want an honest an open discussion then I welcome it. I understand board rules and a MOD's role, etc. so that much I can respect and appreciate. That said, I sent a respectful PM to TT and am waiting on a reply. If it's favorable then I am happy to remain and present our side of things and if not then I am equally happy to withdraw. Matters not to me.

I'm sure you DO appreciate them. Your job is quite different these days, isn't it?
I can be wrong, and I 'fess up every time it happens. Please...give it your best shot to prove me wrong in what I have offered on TMC. -
Sounds like both of your companies need applause (Wiseway and Brickman's)
Funny, reading the repsonses by the TMC guys, while they don't deny TMC's safety numbers, it seems like they want to blame it all on the drivers and deny any culpability on their part.
And then people wonder why morale amongst truckers gets so low and drivers often feel like everyone (DOT, cops their own company) is against them. -
Thanks for the respectful reply. One can easily see how the members as a whole are swayed. You write well, seem informed therefor you must be a MOD. Wrong. This in itself underscores my point. We live and work this company daily guys. Life is about choices and sadly some of our drivers make poor ones. We reap the reward with the ISS-D score of 97. We are working to improve this. We care about our drivers and show them the utmost respect. You would be hard pressed to find many that feel any less about us. My office is littered with gifts from drivers who know I am their friend and would bend over backwards to help them. It's what we do.

What you want is an opportunity to offer a recruitment advertisement.
It seems that you have decided to give me an "infraction" in disapproval for the information I have offered. I had to take a moment to softly weep, because that was a first for me.
We'll keep it public, or we won't discuss it at all.
Please...present your side of things. -
My reply in this post was directed at rdubill and it could readily be applied to Brickman as well. Not yourself. -
As to point for point, I don't want to get into a copy and paste contest. That is pointless. I paraphrase because I know the guidelines. I don't need to go to a website, copy and paste it here verbatim. The federal guidelines are not in dispute in this thread.

Look, and this goes for all the other office folks that have happened upon this forum, no one is challenging any claim that you as individuals are not nice people, nor would I suggest that any of you are what ails TMC.
I want that made clear, because some of you feel as if this is something personal. It's not. Some of the defenses offered lack truth. Some of the defenses are from misinformed perspectives.
What this forum section is all about, is the discussion of companies who are rotten apples. We discuss the companies that offer working conditions that are not up to standards.
What draws me into some of these discussions, are needs to dispense a few facts. Have I worked for TMC? Nope. But I know a few things about them despite that fact. You don't have to work for a company to know that there are issues that people need to be made aware of.
