IF you haven't called yet, do so. Also be totally honest. We all know when someone is trying to fudge a story. If you were tired and pissed off, just tell them that. An honest answer always trumps a good answer. Very best of luck.
What do you think the chances are?

Good luck to ya AW, like I've said before, "We all screw up at one time or the other". I'd think if you didn't really PO someone, you'd be good to go. I usually give the benefit of the doubt.

if you tell them you quit for a local job for more money they'd understand, but that doesn't excuse not giving them the courtesy of a phone call.
i've always heard you can be rehired after 6 months. -
I do not really think SNI would be interested in getting into a pissing match with anyone. I also know it costs thousands of dollars to put someone through their training, and since I would guess about half make it, it could cost upwards of $5k-10k to find a replacement for you...A much less expensive alternative would be to clear the air each way and hire you back. I have been there a week so I am by no means an authority, but that is my opinion.
