This is my question ....Why didnt the gov have someone there watching during the 90 day deal ? but then they would done better and when all clear go back to bussiness as usal ...Just think in 60 days they will be back under new name

I have know people who lost authority after a 90 day failed re-inspect. They never got it back. What they do is open it up under a family member's name or in a new corp.
