In his speech he said that this 50 billion was going to be paid, and not by taxes

HOW? Is George Soros gonna cut a check? Some people will believe anything is you gift wrap it for them

 

Well they are looking at new taxes on oil companys as funding. We will end up paying one way or another, as we should.

Not to mention I thought that all the taxes we already pay for registration, heavy highway use, fuel/gas, were for road repairs? Am I wrong on this, or just misguided

 

just typical government spending. Budget in expendatures without a means to pay for it. If normal folk does that with their family, they end up losing their house after they go into the tank with massive amounts of debt.

What does it matter? Maybe my thinking is off, but will this work entail the private sector? Or will it pay for more government jobs?
