Well nobody is perfect there was bound to be someone post one of these threads on W&S.
To each his own I say, and hey one person's nightmare is another person's paradise.
I'm sure they do have a high turnover. Not everyone is cut out for starting on their own and even if they make it out of orientation they find out real quick if they can do it or not.
Personally I learn better by doing things on my own. I'm a loner and have no problems being isolated for how ever long I feel to be that way. Also I believe one fat guy in a truck is enough.
My two cents and why I'm leaning that way. -
Pay is a little on the low side, do they have all new trucks or something?
-
Furniture loads get 20 bucks a stop, it adds up pretty quickly.
Pay is on the low which is why people leave to go make more money. It's a great place to start so I hear and I hear lots of people are happy enough to stay.
Depends on what one wants is what they say it all comes down too. -
Well if you get multiple load stops I guess that's where you make it up.
-
Hell I made more in stop pay on some loads than I did mileage.
Of course, stop pay was $25 a stop when I was there. -
It adds up pretty quick when you have 15-18 stops sometimes.
-
I worked for them a year ago, started there, and bailed for more money but...I would recomend them to anybody, I liked it there, but I have mouths to feed.

W/S
