Company drivers who receive pay checks are eligible.

Oh, yeah, Owner ops of all forms can be eligable depending on the state and what the laws are. If they form a corporation in any state they are required by FEDERAL LAW TO PAY UIT (unemployement insurance tax) and eligable to recieve benefits. I'm incorporated, I pay UIT, I can lay myself off and collect if I needed too because I went out of business for some reason. -
