Just a range of movement test. The duck walk is 3 steps with your feet together while squating down. Piece of cake.

Hello to everyone ive been following this forum since the start, and its been very helpful to me, ive been approved for prime at the pittson term but dont have my birth certificate. i order it from a site called usbirthcertificate. com, bad idea they scamed me out of $107 now i have to wait for vitalcheck to send it and go two weeks without pay. so im just waiting but on the other hand thanks for all the good info
