I am looking to hire entry level driver or experienced drivers.
I am a small fleet owner leased to a mid-sized 100% owner operator company. We do have an excellent training program for the right candidate.
Haz Mat is not required but will help keep you moving.
Prospective candidate needs to have a clean MVR, criminal history, and work history. I am sorry, but I am NOT one of those small companies who can help someone with a shady record. If you can't get hired by any of the large companies, I likely wouldn't be able to hire you either.
Candidate must also live in the midwest(MN,SD,ND,IA,WI,IL,), or along the corridors from the midwest to the southeast (GA, SC, NC,FL)including Atlanta.
We run into Fla,,, all the way to the Miami area.If you live in FL and want to get home a lot we have a FLA Flowers Division.
We run primarily the midwest to the southeast and the midwest to the west coast.
We do run some midwest to east coast loads from time to time , but not encouraged.
We are a true OTR company. You are expected to stay out two to three weeks at a time. You could actually get home more often if you live in a favorable area(could get home while in route with a load,etc.). The miles are very good and the pay is competitive.
You may either respond to this thread, or email me at Jeff@independentdrivers.com .

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
