Good Thread...learned a lot. So, Panther runs straight trucks class 6 and up? Do they lease these or is it just tractors? This operation sounds like an opportunity and floats my boat.

See no reason why it wouldn't work as long as a good business plan was followed along with 3 months operating expenses in the bank, proper technology, and the ability to be patient and make good decisions.

There is alot of bad things about Panther first off they are going Bankrupt

 

Lil May where did you come up with that? Panther filed with the SEC to go public and got approved...meaning they are financially strong. The SEC does not give approval to companies going bankrupt. Their initial offering is going to be $100 million shares. Does that sound like their going bankrupt?

Do your research, spreading false statements and rumors does no one any good. It could even be considered slanderous if any of their admin crew ever found this thread.

 

I am not spreading false statement why do you think they are going public they have a big lawsuit filed against then I know my facts or I would not be publishing them here

3 million is hardly going to bankrupt a Company that already has 158 million in assets. For get the 100 million dollar stock offering. Panthers insurance company probably picked up a good portion of that as well, if not all of it.

I know the person whom has filed a lawsuit personally I know what is going on and Panther is trying to hide the facts. I know the facts and the facts are facts they are trying to cover up this person wants me to spread the word about Panther

 

It has nothing to do with that accident it has to do with some one having a big fleet and gave Panther his contracts I know the facts

 

Well, any Corporation that files with the SEC has to disclose all litigation that it is involved in....in turn the SEC, by law, has to disclose that to the public under the freedom of information act and new laws involving transparency for corporations. I could find no pending litigation....could you enlighten me and back up your claim with a link or some other credible link we can point to...I am genuinely curious as I have spent considerable time researching this company

 

This person was with Panther for a long time he went with another company and is now starting his own company He gave Panther alot of his comtracts and other thing then he helped the next company that screwed him over I know the facts I worked for Panther and got screwed too I am still am owed money to from this company and they don't care look at know many drivers are sitting I have make alot more money now than I did the time I was with Panther and I am not sitting
