    they dont necessarily check your criminal background, even when they say they do. I got a felony when I was 18 and it does show up on a DAC check if they do a full enough check. But i've worked numerous company jobs in the past and many of them said no criminal background. I never put my record on the application, and never heard a word about it anywhere.
