I can't see $5.00 any time soon, however I could be wrong.
The reason prices are going up is because of the winter months and the demand for heating oil is on the rise. This brings up fuel prices.

Having said that one thing is for sure price of fuel goes up rates stay the same.

Price of fuel goes down rates drop.

Obama has mentioned he would like to see $10/g gas....which means $15/g diesel.....

You shippers get ready to pay us a minimum $7.50/m for that load.....

Yep, they been rising steadily. Health reform and fuel reform.

I seen on the Knoxville, TN TV this morning an ad campaign against the owner of Pilot who's running for some kind of office. They put him down because he buys fuel from socialist Venezuela.

These places we buy oil from, they jack the prices up anytime they want to.
We import to these countries too. Why can't we jack our prices up when they do?
That would give them an incentive to keep prices low.

For each time they gouge prices we should jack up the cost of wheat and grain we ship there.

Fuel prices hitting those record highs when W was pres had more to do with the election in 08 than we probably realize. I mean $5 a gallon gas just before the election?..One thing I've noticed about our country and people, you can take away rights and hear hardly a whimper but let gas prices rise and listen to the hell that gets raised. Seems like there are only two things important to the average person these days...their car and the gas it takes to stay on a constant run.
