wow thats a long time but it will fly by pretty quick, for him at least. kinda miss him here but don't tell him that. what your going thru is so hard to do, so hang in there and keep an eye on the big picture. it will be worth it in the long run.

 

well thanks and i wont tell him lol . and i keep telling myself that this is what is going to be good for us , like i said it will get us i hope what we need and wont out of the rest of our life as i said we been thew alot toghter and now we both dersvie some good luck to come our way and pats is out there maken it happen for us and i very proud of him

 

he is a real man. he is doing what he has too to take care of his family and for this i respect him alot. and your a great woman to supprt him in this. so kudos out to the both of you. it's hard at first but it does get better esp. if both of you are on the same page during this. i wish you all the best and it will come to you all just gotta be patiant in it.

well thats hard for me but i am trying really hard i am one of them what you call a worry i worrie about eveything i gotne betters over the yrs but pats all we one me he always see the good in things i dont but i know he is doing whats good for us . its hard because my son is mentally handicapped and we been dealing with ssi for 11 yreas and so we have to make sure we can take care of all his med, needs and with this we can and make abetter life for us all and have thing that we need and wont so i do know this is a good thing and i know we both will make it thew it and with haveing friends on here and a round me that great

 

didn't know that but that is irrevelant to th point. he is out there for you and his kids not for him. it is rough on the both of you but the mental support both ways will go a long ways. remember this isn't forever. in 1 yr he can look for a more local job making good money and being at home every night with his family and i'm sure that is what he wants. just be strong for him and listen to his moaning and groaning cause it will happen but be there and support him. my best wishes goes out to you and him and your children. it will work out. just think positve thoughts. i'm learning this from Jen.

 

This may sound stupid, but....

Think about the positive things, and write them down. When you get a little depressed and the negative things rear their ugly head it is sometimes hard to think about the positive things. This way, you can grab the paper and remind yourself.

And...

Finish every phone call on a positive note, do your best to never hang up upset with each other over anything.

 

well thanks i do try to think positive on things . alot more then i use to but i had a lot of reason over my yrs to not wont to eather . but pat as tryed and tryed to bring it out in me and teach me how to because he thinks positive all the time no matter if its good or bad . . and yes i always try to make sure that where on a good note when we hang up we dont hang up unless we both said we love each other . and that didn't sound stupid thanks for the input
