I made two reservations for orientation to go with them. And I couldn't go but I called them up. Well the recruiter said to me that they will never ever hire me again. It's my fault, I know! But will see what happens????![]()

1st of all if u had something come up at home & u called them & let them know & this is how they treat you. I wouldn't worry about it. You are better off elsewhere. You don't have to put up with that nonsense.

Ok Ego yea shure! Did you ever think that Werner was a platforn to catch the road train that for some drivers? I guess your EGO wouldn't have let you have that concept
. and if a person goes for equipment well they will have nothing but problems and be unhappy.
every company has a system and people, not much you can do bout system but learn to work it, People well that is a matter to work through the system an Dispatcher makes money when you do, if he/she feals your not making him/her money you won't get choice runs, take time to finde what is wrong, if you did/doing something wrong correct it but then the dipatcher may be a "baffoon" then and only then ask to be assigned another. for a fool for a dispatcher doesn't make money for the company and if you do better with another dispatcher and same problems remain with last dispatcher retrain or by by for him.(warning don't threaten or loose your cool when talking to the dispatcher.) let your dipatcher now how you feal and be ready to work through the problem it may be something that communication is needed. your not the only driver that he/she has. a bit of advice try to be the first to report ready for next load every day when sitting at the light out side as you pull in every second counts your report of delivery can make a diffrence before or after you bump the dock -
