Does W/S have any runs into the Chicago area or any parts close by?

 

Ken, I've delivered in the Chicago area couple times, and been through there quite a bit

 

in pheonix roasting my balls off.

what do you guys do when you get somewhere super early? my load isnt scheduled to deliver until 1130pm local time tomorrow. called them all morning trying to move up the appointment but no one has answered all day. even went down there hoping they would either take it or i could at least talk to someone, they just laughed and told me i was early. no **** sherlock. dispatch hasnt said anything back.
not that i mind waiting im actually getting quite used to it, its just i would really rather be productive.

 

Where are you delivering and what truck stop you at?

 

sugar to the safeway warehouse. i went to the flying j and it was packed solid, i never seen so many trucks in one place, so im over some place at exit 138. i might be walking back over to the j tonight if they dont have showers here.

 

Must be the diamond shamrock that you are at. All the truck stops in Phoenix are full by about 4pm. Which safeway the one on Alameda? Not to freak you out but the Safeway is one I personally hate it sucks, especially if you are down on the end almost a jack knife/90 degree back. I delivered 6 loads of flower there, I live in Gilbert, east of Phoenix. I will be out to Desert Center, CA to meet and bring back a load to deliver to Pepsi at 11:30. Maybe I will see you at the terminal.

 

not sure if i will be at the terminal at all depends on what they throw at me but so far it looks like im sitting all day tomorrow...unless they have a shower there, i was told its the smallest terminal so im not really expecting it to have anything, but never know. i might have to move over there for a change of scenery, but i was under the impression there wasnt a whole ton of room for parking or anything.

 

Nope not much room at all no showers either. You can park on the street in front of it. Very small fun blind side back in as well.

 

yeah so unless i got a load out of there i probably wouldnt bother. im only like a mile away from it.

random question anyone know the part number for the sidemarker bulb on a volvo so i can grab one somewhere? and is there a way to get those #### torx screws off without buying a tool haha

 

Is Watkins really that good of a company CAGE says he is very happy seems like old equipment though.
