I need some advice on a purchace.....

The cheap truck stop one is very low wattage.
You need to look at what the max watt draw is from the items you want to buy, and get an inverter that has a peak at least 1/3 higher than that.
I would not look at anything less than 1500 watts, and when looking at a decent size fridge like that I may even shoot for a 2000 watt inverter.
Make sure it is connected to the battery with large enough wires for the power draw, and that you have an inline fuse within 6 inches of the battery, I think 4 is recommended.
The ones from the truck stop that meet your spec's will not be cheap.
Check the internet truck stop and other sites as well.

 

I just checked the one you posted.
It looks to be a decent one, and would have the output you should need for what you are planning to put in the truck.
I would probably unplug the fridge when using the microwave though. And I would get better wires than what they have in that kit. They look small to me.
Make sure you use good rubber grommets when you run thru the floor into the cab as well. You do not want it to short.
That is also the reason for the fuse near the battery. So that if it does short it will blow the fuse in that location and it will end the short before it burns your truck to the ground.
Which happens regularly.

If you look under the carpet or rubber mats on the floor behind your seat, you should find at least one rubber plug. This is a hole to run wires thru.

 

I like that 2500/5000 peak better. But eather would probibly work. The one is the Modified Sine Wave, and only the best inverters are made that way.
Plus it has all the safety bells and whistles.

It is pure sine wave that is better lol.
Should not matter in your application though.
