Without 4 wheelers it would be heaven. Not quite but close enuff.

I agree with you, but those are not the things you said in the post to which I responded. If they had been, instead of personal insults, I would have agreed with you completely.
I wasn't defending the fellow, just objecting to what I see as a common inclination in our industry to hurl personal insults at one another instead of addressing specific issues.CarolinaCatJack Thanks this. -
Yup. He abandoned the truck, which he regrets. Or he doesn't.

I am glad that he is out of the truck. I can't believe that anyone would be dumb enough to put something on the internet like this guy. He doesn't have the mental capacity to drive a truck. Hopefully, he is out of the business all together. -
I appreciate it, GPS, but besides the list of "offenses" this driver has committed, he's proof that people just don't pay attention, or even care, anymore. I was pointing out his inability to properly enunciate and his overuse of expletives. I understand, truckers curse. It's woven into our fabric, but this joker is ridiculous. Like I said before, the fact remains that any company who would hire a driver like this is beyond belief and to me, it speaks volumes about the company.KE5WDP Thanks this. -
Sure, I understand completely, and honestly don't disagree at all. I guess I just see and hear far too many of our fellow truckers making personal attacks and insulting each other out of habit, which does little to gain us any ground in improving our industry. It's just a personal pet peeve of my own.
I suppose I would just like to see us begin to interact with each other more like adults and less like children on the elementary school playground, if that makes sense to you.
My apologies to you if you feel my comment toward you was unfair.
The fact that the fellow allegedly abandoned his truck speaks volumes about his character, if true. Sadly, this is far too common in our industry. Companies do need to be more selective about the people they hire, no question about it.Row Ashore and CarolinaCatJack Thank this. -
It makes perfect sense. And there's no apologies necessary. I'm of the same mindset. If you're going to be an adult, act as one. I'm the one who should be apologizing. I realize that some of my comments were degrading, however, I'm apologizing for the comments, not my opinion. I'll be sure to keep it in closer check from now on.
Have a wonderful day, drivers. Keep the shiny side up!!

I don't think it's an allegation. He says it more than once. Nice new pipe, by the way; happy birthday (wrong thread, I know, but . . .).
NEWBIES: if get p*ssed off and lose your cool and abandon a truck, it will follow you.
