I saw on their website that Con-Way has a different payscale for those with a pet.

Just wondering what they start pet owners out at and what the deposit was and how long till you can take your pet with you?

• $0.36 per mile to all single truckload drivers with one year of experience
• $0.34 per mile to all single truckload drivers with 9 -11 months of experience
• $0.32 per mile to all single truckload drivers with 6 - 8 months of experience
• $0.30 per mile to all single truckload drivers with 3 - 5 months of experience
• Additional pay incentives available for teams
• Regularly scheduled pay increases
