I am scheduled to begin training at the class in Cartersville Ga. on Jan 17th 2011. I am really looking forward to starting a career at doing something this country depends on.
Any advice from any of you that have been through this training would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Scheduled for training 1/17/2011

Redwave, sorry for not responding sooner. Actually I did not face a very long wait time at all once I completed my research and my decision. Once I sent my application in it was just a matter of a few days. I will however repeat a comment that I read on here in another post and that is the squeeky wheel does get noticed. If you have applied I would call on a regular basis and they will soon discover that you are serious. As far as communication with them I have talked both with Alice and DeAnn and both have been very helpful. Both have actually let me know that they expect question from their recruits so don't hesitate to ask them.
There is also a wealth of information available on here from other drivers. Looking forward to beginning a new chapter in this book called "Life". -
Yes,
all us beer drinkers DO depend on you !!!!!!!
Be careful, Good Luck !!!! -
123456 Thank you. I figure I have a bout 15 years left before I reach that magical age of retirement. Since my Corporate America carrier moved offshore to India I plan on doing something I enjoy for the rest of that time. Something that this country of ours still depends on. Like getting your beer to you on time
