Your right about that. Im not sure how long it would last with a resulting driver shortage. Drivers left in the seats would probably see benifits and pay start to rise. Assuming the economy continues on to a recovery... it will be harder and harder to lure noobs away from their homes and hit the road.

For goodness sake, for all the good posts Rollover gives, you ride him for spelling and grammar when you yourself like most others, most of the type when tying on a forum destroy grammar and the English language yourself? I'm not perfect, but really? Well, I will assume you were trying to "help" rollover so here I will help you.

First, its "Spelling" and "Grammar" check Spell check is not proper.
Then, you never start a paragraph with "and" also there was no need to quote "highlighted" you have excessive ellipsis (that would be your ...'s) and you are also not using them correctly, we all know you mean to use them as a pause, but as your trying to 'help' someone let me explain. Ellipsis are used to indicate intentional omissions of words, you can use it to indicate pauses as you have, but normally when followed by a comma (,) you are removing words, so... (Proper use, a pause) what were you omitting?

Also there is no hyphen (-) in the phrase "Come on" (Such as, "Come on man, what are you doing making a post only to tear on someones grammar?)

Now, I am sure if someone wanted they could pick apart this post and find all that is wrong with it. But, I have made my point to you good sir. Try making some helpful posts, even 1/10th as many as roll over before you go tearing on helpful people.

While your at it, why don't you go read some of SP, Injun, Medic, and the Plethora of other helpful people who have posted and may not have the best grammar, or spelling mistakes, or use analogies that some of us do not understand.

It's the same as quitting smoking. OK, it's an incomplete sentence or one without a complete structure but it carries enough meaning that a teenager understands it's incompleteness. It carried a meaning.

Yes, Brain surgery did affect my thinking, but this is beyond even my limited understanding! Did anyone else figure it out? I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings if you fall into this category, but as I said earlier it's time to stop sugar coating something that affects health, job security and wallets of everyone. And, as it appears, will become a future requirement in the new CSA or FMCSA rules or a companies hiring guidelines. But, my advice is to wait until FMCSA and CSA writes and publishes the rules before you go crazy over something that is not set in stone.

I would have to agree with Nana here. When exactly did this thread go from talking about a weight issue and companies that will not hire because of it to pettiness over grammar and spelling?
