accutally that's not true.
My son just started there and yes he is getting 22cpm for evey mile he drives once he completes his 28 days with trainer his rate goes up.

Feeling you won't ever be able to leave cuz you won't be able to shift and you will have an autoshift only restriction on your cdl.
