When Swift drivers get their paystubs, does Swift list your sliding scale pay miles for the prior pay period/week?
If not, how do you at Swift keep track to dispute any payroll omissions or errors? For instance, you drove a 149 mile load that should pay more cpm, but Swift only paid you for at a 300+ miles cpm pay scale.

    Wyldfyur Thanks this.

Yes, differential pay is listed. Actually, it's broken down by load and the rate is put right there where it's easy to see. Keep in mind, toug, all empty miles are paid at the 300+ rate.

Also, any special pay like driver unload, detention, extra stops, etc are listed in plain English with the load in which they occured.

It's a very easy pay stub to read.

    Wyldfyur and wulfman75 Thank this.
