    Just think. You might be the next Lisa on Ice Road Truckers. BTW have you seen that IRT deadliest road crap? That road up the mountain looks like that one I took that time when I listened to a JB driver telling me how to take a short cut up in W.Virginia once. That's the last time I'll let JB be my back seat driver. LOL.

    Dude! LOVE that show! And I absolutely saw the deadliest road show....where there were in India or somewhere....awesome! Terrifying, but awesome. It is so funny you say that, because I've actually thought about the possibility of being an IRT or just some reality show trucker about Women...although there are WAY more of those than I expected, but still, it would be a cool idea, help improve the image of truckers and let people know there are more women than they think. Thank for the comment :biggrin_255:

    Aw! Thanks! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the support from everyone. I haven't recieved a lot of support from my folks and extended family....they just can't understand why I would want this lifestyle...but I am so committed to it that I just don't see any other opportunities I want to take advantage of besides this one. This is a whole new exciting world for me and I am so ready to try it out. I am a little anxious about learning so much in the training course, which is why I joined this site initially. I hope that my tracking my own progress I can help others, just as you and everyone else on this site are helping me. Thank you so much, truly!

    Sara believe it or not but Dave on IRT deadliest roads got on the show from his videos on YOU TUBE. I have watched him on there for months before he got on the show. Theres other people that have gotten discovered from YOU TUBE as well.

    The scouts from the networks watch YOU TUBE everyday and search to find people on there. I know the show Survivor got some people from there too.

    Start making some videos and upload them on there and u might get discovered. BTW Dave's videos are still up if you want to watch him on there.

    I've never been a big YOU TUBE'er but that is a great idea! Thanks Dave! I might just try that out! I will check out some of those other videos and check out how to do it! Thanks for the input! :) Watch for me on TV someday! (I'll at least be there in my dreams!! haha!)

    Okay, it might be sort of pathetic, but I am so super excited about taking this opportunity and running with it that I have created a blog to track my progress.     Sara I'm not saying I'm the perfect person for you to come to for help. That being said if you ever come into a problem out on the road and you need some help, you can email me. I don't have a computer out on the road but I do have a smartphone and I check my email from time to time. If you want my number I can email it to you and we can text or talk whenever you would like. I like helping.

    I want to get into CDL school!! But they want 1,000 down and more at end of school..Is there financial aid available??? In the philadelphia area? or who do I call??
