    Hellrazer,
You say MO Handpicked Russell, are you sure he did or is this something you heard around the Yard, Did you ask MO have you ever talked to MO. I have until working at JBS neither of them worked togther. Now you want to know where Russell came from Ask Rory Pluth he worked with him when they were at Jim Palmer, Oh that throws a wrench in it doesn't it. And to think that no one in the office is replaceable, take off the blinders. Emily the HR gal is married to a guy in Corporate, she is no longer there. Steve Edwards No longer there, You might have heard the BS they want you to hear, like Emily Resigned, Steve left to continue his Business.Well as for Emily I have no idea as For Steve Edwards I know different, and I got it from the man himself.
I never said JBS was Perfect at all, But you and all the other Drivers having these issues you are quick to throw out there, Makes me wonder why are you still here? I get home on the dates I put in for, I have 0 Issues with Payroll, I run like a scalded dog. Since last Wednesday (after a 34 reset) Charleston, SC to Marshville, NC P/U deliver Madelia, MN. DH Worthington, P/U for Macon, GA for Sunday AM, Monday 2 stops St Pete, FL Final in Auburndale, FL on tuesday, Pickup Tuesday 1500 Plant City, Florida for Richmond,VA on Thursday 13:00. Then Home for time Off.3476 Paid Miles In 7 Days. I will roll another 896 miles Wednesday and Thursday before I go home.
99% of the issues drivers have with Payroll, come down to the Driver not doing things the right way Bottom Line. No Glasses just plain common sense and the ability to follow the set guidelines to get paid on time.

You mentioned being threatened with termination, What did you do wrong tell the WHOLE truth, or nothing at all.
It is rather odd that you bring petty issues to this forum and rock back and forth with me about them. If I had half the problems you Do I would be in Russells office, and when that did not work I would be in Mo's office. If all that failed then I would consider going to another company, and if that Failed I would consider another line of work. When you point the finger at someone who you says is at fault, you have 4 others pointing back at you. Think about that until you are willing to correct internal problems it is impossible to fix the external. Not all these issue's you point out are being brought up by all the Drivers, now if you count the 10 of you standing around at a Meatplant complaining and ######## about the problems and not being a Part of the Solution, well then all of you are right the Problem is not you it is the company, as they have put up the Millions to put drivers in equipment, hired the Management to run it, and Set forth guidelines, either you can work with it, or you can go somewhere else. As I have said before to many people McDonalds is always hiring Future Managers.
Before you come back on here ranting again take the time to evaluate yourself and make the changes to make the JBS Program work.
having Spent the short time I have here and to make the money I am and not to have the issue's I hear all the "old" drivers complain about is amazing. This is Trucking, not Pampering or Wendy's it is what it is. 17 Years of pulling a Garbage wagon for the same people and now on with a "big" company I am stunned by all the whining people do, if they want to do things different they should go out, buy a truck and do it how they want. When you work for someone else, you do it their way or well you are not there anymore. Less than 90 days with this company and I have a Gross income of over 13k so far, 8 days shy of 90 days. I must have done something right, and by far a lot less whining about the bad.

Well After running hard for 5 Weeks I am at home, was supposed to be off Friday till Tuesday, Well I got home Thursday afternoon. Friday Morning Dispatch Calls with my preplan for Tuesday, I am coming back with a 1760 mile trip out of the house. As I have said from the start, things are getting much better. And All things take time as with any company many people will not make it with JBS. And Many more will be very happy time and time again people with Negative views or bad experiences, or a Second party not working for the company has expressed their opinion. This Thread is simply My Experience with JBS the Most important thing I feel many people fail to understand is I am not your Typical driver. I do my Job and I will push the people in the office to do theirs. The way I do it is KEY to why I am successful here, I am a Leader not a follower, and I know HOW to do my job, and I have no issue doing theirs either. As for many years I was My Dispatch, I was the only person who was responsible for my income. With that said I am in a 5 star hotel with my Wife waiting on Room Service to deliver, and I wish you all the best in your adventures in Trucking no matter what company you choose to go with. I will continue to update my time here as things are getting better and better.

What do I need to Check on the Qualcomm?
    Be more specific,
You know I looked you came on this Forum Made 6 or 7 post All negative. And not once Have you done anything to change your situation.

If you are suggesting I check the Qualcomm for the mileage you need to take a Math Course, Hampton Virginia to Chesapeake, 26 Miles DH Then to Brighton Colorado 1768 Miles, But if you are telling me to check and see about Mo handpicking Russell Nothing has been sent out from MO on the QC. And Russell will tell you he applied to the position and did not get a "hand" from Mo. I Asked him you should, right after you go in there and Complain about all that you have on here. Maybe then you will get set straight on How to make money here with no Issues. Paycheck last week My Takehome was 2674.58 So I must be doing something right, and to think someone like yourself who complains would offer me advice and yet you are not happy. What an Oxymoron, Become part of the solution and quit being part of your own problem. Bottom Line.

    Hey Doc,
Got all finished up at school late last week and tested out for my CDL on Monday. Passed that and am ready to start training.
I am scheduled to start orientation up in Greeley for JBS this coming Monday. Will leave out with my mentor late next week after orientation.
Hopefully I catch up with you sometime or see you out there.
Thanks again for all your assistance.
