Hello all. I am very new here, please bare with me. I am tentatively signing with Schneider as soon as I sell my business. I have read here many times, do not sign with a company with sponsored training. Many recommend getting the training privately and then seeking out a job with a good company. But I also see that many here have a hard time getting a job because of no driving experience. So the obvious question is, how is it done. Do I just need to research a whole lot more for companies that will hire with no experience? I hope the answer here isn't so obvious that I missed it!!! My head has been spinning since I started researching the trucking industry. Thanks for any input

Take a look at it this way, you can do the research or you can go to work for a company, which is the harder? You could make a spreadsheet and collect points for all the good things you like, make one for each company, take a job with the one that has the highest score. drive55cat
